What We Do

Formed in 2003, Triad Ventures is a boutique real estate investment and development company focusing primarily on the residential sector. Triad follows an opportunistic and diversified investment and development strategy that has led to extensive project experience in California, Hawaii and Colorado as well as Central America.

Triad is actively pursuing and acquiring infill properties for the entitlement and construction of single-family and multi-family projects. Through affiliated entities, Triad also provides construction management and acquisition and development related advisory services.

Who We Are

The principals at Triad have more than 20 years experience in the real estate industry both as executives with some of the largest homebuilders in the U.S. and as principals in their own projects and investments. The principals have been directly involved in the acquisition, entitlement or development of projects totaling more than $1 billion which include custom home building, in-fill residential projects and large master-planned communities in the U.S. as well as resort and hospitality projects in Central America.
